Open Space Retreats ("Open Space", "I", "me") runs this website and its silent retreats. This policy explains what information I collect when you use openspaceretreats.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. I keep this simple on purpose, because I collect very little.

What I collect

• Your email address, when you join a waitlist or mailing list through a form on this site.
• Anything you choose to share when you book a call or write to me directly (for example your name and what you tell me about yourself).
• Basic, anonymous usage data, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visits come from. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How I use it

• To tell you when retreat dates open, if you asked to be notified.
• To reply to you and prepare for a call you book.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, so I can improve it.

I do not sell your information, and I do not send newsletters or unrelated marketing.

Tools I rely on

A few trusted services help run this site. Each one only receives what it needs:

• Google Forms and Google Sheets store waitlist sign-ups (your email and which retreat you were interested in).
• Calendly handles call bookings when you choose to book one. Anything you enter there is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. The usage data it collects is anonymous and aggregated.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and analytics here are cookieless. Your browser may store small, functional preferences locally, but nothing that identifies you is shared.

Keeping and deleting your information

I keep your email only as long as it is useful for telling you about retreats. You can ask me to remove your information at any time and I will delete it.

Your choices

• Ask to be removed from the waitlist or mailing list at any time.
• Ask what information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it.
